Restoration Hardware & Whole Foods coming to downtown Naples?

There are a host of exciting new development plans for the area surrounding Naples Square in downtown Naples – including maybe a Restoration Hardware Naples location and a Whole Foods Market!

Two projects already underway include the AC Marriott hotel located at Goodlette-Frank Rd. & US41 and the new Gulfshore Playhouse, which is located at 1st Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Rd.

In addition, there are 3 proposed projects in the area that are exciting for Naples Square residents and others who frequent the downtown Naples area.  These projects are in the preliminary design phase and will be reviewed by the City of Naples shortly.

First, there is a mixed-use development planned for the corner of US41 and 10th Street South that is proposed to include two mixed-use buildings. The first, located in the 900 block, is proposed to include a Whole Foods Market and 22 luxury residential condominiums. The second, located in the 1000 block, is proposed to include a Restoration Hardware Naples (RH) store, additional retail, a restaurant, and 33 luxury residential condominiums.

The second proposed mixed-use project is located on the corner of 3rd Ave. South and Goodlette-Frank Rd. This project is proposed to include 16 luxury residential condominium units ranging from ~2,800 to 5,700 sq. ft. and is currently referred to as Encore. Encore will also include 3 commercial spaces and is located just east of Naples Square 3, with proposed public access on 12th Street South.

Finally, the 3rd proposed project is the 1st Avenue South parking garage, located at 12th Street South and 1st Avenue South. The garage is planned to include at least 360 parking spaces and is intended for use by both the Gulfshore Playhouse and city residents and visitors.
